I have a great recipe for blondies that have regular chocolate chips, white chocolate chips and peanut butter chips! Everyone that tried this absolutely loved it. You can make these bars with or without the chocolate frosting.
This recipe calls for three types of chips: milk chocolate, white chocolate, and peanut butter (or butterscotch).
You can always use more chips than the recipe requires. Don’t worry, I won’t tell!
Frosting is easy, just mix the 1/3 cup of milk chocolate chips with the coconut oil (or shortening) in a freezer bag. Snip the end and frost away!
